Terms of Service

1. Provider and acceptance

The service is provided by Oriol Folguera under the trade name Deep Tennis AI. By using the site or purchasing Premium you accept these terms, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to you under consumer protection regulations.

2. Nature of the service and disclaimer

Deep Tennis AI provides information, statistical analysis, models and tracking of tennis results. It does not provide personalized financial advice, is not a betting operator, does not place bets and does not guarantee winning picks or profits. Odds change and there may be errors, delays, postponed matches and periods of losses. The user independently decides whether to use the information and assumes the risk of their decisions.

The service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age and located where the use of this information and betting are legal. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

3. FREE plan

Free access does not require a card. Its content, limits and schedules may evolve; the current description is shown in the bot and in the FAQ. The absence of a pick or the removal of finished content does not constitute a breach.

4. Premium access

Premium offers one-time payment passes of €1 + VAT for 24 hours and €6 + VAT for 7 days, with no automatic renewal. They let you view regular Premium and Premium Select matches starting within the purchased window. If a full 24-hour window ends without any, access is automatically extended another 24 hours. Monthly Premium costs €15.70 + VAT every 31 days and it renews until cancelled. Whop shows the final amount and, when applicable, the next renewal date before payment.

Extension guarantee: at the close of each period the official combined result of regular Premium and Premium Select is added together, using the published odds and stakes. Deep Signals are not included. If the balance is negative, the same access is extended free of charge: 24 hours, 7 days or 31 days respectively. The monthly plan evaluates continuous 30-day blocks within its 31-day access. Free extensions are re-evaluated and can chain until a period closes without losses. An exact tie does not trigger the extension, and a period with pending results is settled once they are resolved. This guarantee extends the service; it does not refund bets, does not constitute a refund of the price, and does not guarantee that the individual user's experience will be profitable, since they may follow different stakes, obtain different odds, or not place every selection.

Access is activated after valid payment confirmation. If an issue prevents activation, you must report it so the access can be corrected or the corresponding financial solution processed. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally keeps access active until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Payments and billing

Payment methods depend on the country and appear in Whop's secure checkout. Deep Tennis AI does not receive or store the full card number. The user must provide accurate details and have authorization to use the chosen payment method.

6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

See the Cancellations and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer's legal rights regarding lack of conformity, undue charges or withdrawal where applicable.

7. Availability and changes

We try to keep the service operational, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Reasonable maintenance, fixes and changes may be carried out. Material changes to price or terms will be communicated before affecting a future renewal; the pick history is not rewritten because of such changes.

8. Prohibited use

Sharing credentials, reselling access, systematically copying or redistributing picks, automating unauthorized data extraction, tampering with the service, impersonating identities or using it for unlawful activities is not permitted. In the event of fraud or serious abuse, access may be suspended, respecting applicable contractual and consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

Access grants a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to view the content. It does not transfer rights over the brand, code, design, databases, texts, reports, methodology or original materials. Brief quotes with attribution are permitted where the law allows it; any commercial exploitation requires written permission.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Tennis AI is not liable for losses arising from bets placed by the user or from odds changes or third-party decisions. This limitation does not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including those arising from willful misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights.
