Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancelling the renewal

Only monthly Premium renews. You can cancel it at any time from your Whop account: future charges stop and, barring an issue or refund, access continues until the paid period ends. The 24-hour and 7-day passes are one-time payments and do not need cancellation.

2. Right of withdrawal

If you contract as a consumer, you can unambiguously communicate your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days following the contract, where that right applies. Write to us at deeptennisai@gmail.com with the subject “Premium Withdrawal”, the email used on Whop and the purchase date.

If you expressly requested that the service begin immediately during that period and part of the service was already provided, the legally applicable proportional amount may be deducted, provided you had received the prior information and made the request required by the regulations. Full loss of the right of withdrawal only applies in the cases and with the express consents legally provided for.

3. Refunds for issues

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, proven unauthorized purchases, or periods in which an issue attributable to the service materially prevented delivery of the contracted access and could not be corrected within a reasonable time, will be reviewed and, where appropriate, refunded.

4. Extension guarantee and cases without automatic refund

The commercial guarantee for a Premium period with a negative official balance grants additional access time; it does not refund the price or betting losses. Outside of withdrawal and other legal rights, there is no automatic refund for not using the account, forgetting to cancel before renewal, disagreements with an analysis result, or betting losses. Each request is reviewed in good faith and this rule never limits the consumer's mandatory rights.

5. Timeframe and method

We will acknowledge receipt of the request and may ask for minimal details to locate the payment. Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method via Whop; the time to reflect depends on the payment provider. Refunds resulting from withdrawal will be processed within the applicable legal deadline.

6. Sample communication

“I hereby state that I withdraw from/cancel the Deep Tennis AI Premium contract entered into on [date], associated with the email [email]. Name: [name]. Request date: [date].” It is not mandatory to use this text if your decision is clear.

7. Support

Cancelling the renewal on Whop and requesting a refund are different actions. For any problem, write to deeptennisai@gmail.com before opening a dispute, so we can locate and resolve the case.
